Charleston Heights Arts Center/5th Street School Theater Renovation

The City of Las Vegas (“Owner”) hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor (“Applicants”), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the Charleston Heights Arts Center/5th Street School Theater Renovation Project (“Project”). Project is located at 800 South Brush Street and 401 South 4th street Estimated Project Cost: $5,700,000 Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin September 2026 and construction is anticipated to begin April 2027, with estimated completion February 2028.
