Description
This project is located along the northern side of the CC-215 Beltway within the City of North Las Vegas. Construction involves excavation and construction/installation of an asphalt trail with aggregate subbase, retaining walls at grade separations, trail lighting, fencing installation, landscaping and irrigation, signage installation, and all other trail appurtenances needed to complete a functional project. The Project shall be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $7,000,000 to $9,000,000.
