Verdi Powerhouse Improvements

Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for several improvements in and around the Verdi Powerhouse. Highlights of the work include: replacement of an existing 24" bypass valve and mechanical piping; repair and resurface existing concrete tailrace walls; repair existing riveted steel penstock; and replace diamond plate decking with metal grate decking. All content viewed and/or downloaded is considered confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA. Recipient shall not copy or otherwise reproduce any confidential information and may not distribute any information to any third-party that is not necessary for purposes of evaluating and submitting a bid for the Project. The Engineer's estimate is: $1,125,000 - $1,375,000 This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project.
