Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for Tonopah North HVAC Project

PLEASE NOTE: FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, A BIDDER MUST BE QUALIFIED AS A BIDDER WITH THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE COST CATEGORY REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT. A SECOND MANDATORY Site Visit will be held Wednesday, April 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM (PST) at the Tonopah Residence Hall - 4505 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89154. ( See Attachment Map in NGEM for Directions .) Meet representatives from UNLV at the entrance to the Tonopah Residence Hall to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit. Note on Eligibility: Proposers must have attended at least one (1) of the two (2) scheduled mandatory site walks to be eligible to submit a proposal. Attendance at the initial site walk held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, remains valid and satisfies this requirement. UNLV seeks an experienced and qualified Nevada-licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide the following services for the Tonopah HVAC Re-pipe project: Pre-Construction Phase (s) and, if the proposed GMP(s) is (are) accepted, to proceed with the Construction Phases (s) – (collectively, the “Project”). The Project shall comply with the requirements of OSHA, all applicable federal, state and county statues, regulations, and codes.
