A MANDATORY Site Visit will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM (PST) at UNLV School of Dental Medicine (1001 Shadow Lane, Building A, Las Vegas, NV 89106 . ( See Attachment Map in NGEM for Directions .) Meet representatives from UNLV at the flag pole near the drop off to Building A to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit. UNLV seeks an experienced and qualified Nevada-licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide preconstruction and construction services for renovations within the SLC-A Building. The project will be delivered in two phases: (1) Mezzanine Addition and (2) Simulation Lab Remodel. Pre-Construction Phase (s) and, if the proposed GMP(s) is (are) accepted, to proceed with the Construction Phases (s) – (collectively, the “Project”). The Project shall comply with the requirements of OSHA, all applicable federal, state and county statues, regulations, and codes.
