Abstract/Summary - Procure a solution for real-time biometric and location monitoring of patients at the Oregon State Hospital.

Voluntary preproposal teleconference to provide overview of project.

MANDATORY preproposal on-site visit to allow scoping of project for proposal - MUST RSVP and complete background check before visit, only Proposals from Proposers attending the mandatory on-site visit will be considered.

Design, Installation, and setup of a patient safety and monitoring system (both hardware, software, personal patient monitoring devices) across two Oregon State Hospital campuses (Salem and Junction City) that perform, record, and document specified patient safety and vital checks through an attached patient monitoring device, for approximately 700 patients for a period of (5) years.
