Description

The Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure Inspection Services for the permanent repair and mitigation of landslide sites across Puerto Rico.

Under this RFP, the PRHTA expects the selected Proposer(s) to provide Inspection Services by performing the necessary field inspections related to all related construction activities, including, but not limited to, the repair, rehabilitation and/or mitigation of landslides projects throughout the island funded through the CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT programs, as described in the Scope of Work. The selected Proposer(s) must have technical capacity, relevant experience, and sufficient resources necessary to support PRHTA in meeting federal, state, and programmatic requirements associated with the implementation of these disaster recovery and mitigation initiatives.

Registration requests will be accepted until two (2) working days prior to the pre-bid virtual meeting, scheduled for May 22, 2026, at 10:00 am via MS Teams. Upon registration, the Pre-Construction Office will provide a registration form, which must be completed and returned via email. Once the information is validated, the RFP documents will be provided electronically. An invitation to the non-mandatory virtual MS Teams meeting will also be sent to those registered proposers. Also, attendance is not mandatory; participation in this meeting is highly recommendable.
