This ITB Schedule of Events updates and confirms scheduled ITB dates. Any event, time, or date containing revised or new text is highlighted. Can you please let me know the size of this water tank please? This tank is approximately 100,000 gallons. 2. For this project, the Contractor and applicable subcontractors shall possess an active BC -B, CMC -A, MU or higher Tennessee Building Contractor license prior to submitting a bid. Will an active FL GC license be acceptable? Only State of Tennessee issued licenses will be acceptable. 3. Are there any tank drawings or specifications available electronically? If so, how may we access them? There are only specifications available which are available on Edison. 4. Is the last inspection report available for review electronically? If so, how may we access them? There is no inspection report available. 5. Do the existing interior and/or exterior coatings contain lead and if so, how much? No they do not. 6. When is the desired mobilization date? Project shall be completed by the given deadline. 7. What is the estimated bid price ? The estimated maximum liability is expected to exceed one hundred thousand dollars and zero cents ($100,000.00). 8. Can we get a list of the plan holders? There is no plan holder list. 9. Who will be performing coatings inspections? Will there be any 3rd party State will perform inspections. Are there any antennas on the tank and if so, who is responsible for removing/protecting them? There are no antennas. 3. Delete ITB attachment “ EESP SOW Water Tan k Restoration ” in its entirety and insert the following in its place (any sentence or paragraph containing revised or new test is highlighted) : “EESP SOW Water Tank Restoration (5.5.26) ” 4. ITB Amendment Effective Date . The revisions set forth herein shall be effective upon release . All other terms and conditions of this ITB not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
