Security and Surveillance System

Tidewater EMS Council is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the supply and installation of a comprehensive security and surveillance system. This Request for Proposal (RFP) covers security cameras, air quality sensors, access control hardware, network ceiling speakers, and Honeywell alarm system components, as detailed in the Equipment Schedule in Section 5.The goal of this procurement is to obtain the best value for the required equipment and, if applicable, associated professional installation and configuration services. All vendors must submit itemized pricing matching the part numbers and quantities listed herein.The selected vendor will be expected to:• Supply all hardware, software licenses, and accessories listed in the Equipment Schedule (Section 5) at the specified quantities.• Provide itemized unit pricing and extended pricing for each line item.• Provide pricing for any professional installation, configuration, and commissioning services, if offered (optional but encouraged).• Provide manufacturer warranty information for each product line.• Deliver all equipment to: 104 Madison Plaza, Suite 101, Chesapeake, VA 23322.• Indicate estimated lead times for all items.
