Description
Kenosha Joint Services, through the Kenosha County Purchasing Division, is soliciting proposals from qualified individual(s) and/or organizations (hereinafter known as Contractor) to provide on-site Information Technology support services. The information technology support services expected to be provided by the Contractor will generally include but not be limited to the following: Information Technologies Management Desktop Application Support Hardware, Software Servers, Workstation, and Network Administration Services Cyber Security Administration Application Management Systems Administration Liaison with Software Vendors Help Desk Email Active Directory Management, Maintenance and Password Control System Security, Firewalls and Backup Efforts On Demand Response Computer Equipment Life Cycle Management Project Management Software Evaluation and Management Hardware Evaluation, System Recommendations and Design IT Budget Development Procurement of IT Hardware and Software In addition, the selected Contractor will allow Kenosha Joint Services to maintain and enhance its information technology effectiveness and quality of services, minimize its support costs and maximize return on investment.
