Street Sweeping Services for WI State Fair Park

The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin State Fair Park Facility Services Department (WSFP-FSD), requests Bids for the purchase of Street Sweeping Services, and intends to use the results of this process to award one Contract. The WSFP does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract cost during the term of the Contract. Bids that require a minimum number of Commodities or Services be ordered will be rejected. The WSFP intends to use the results of this process to award multiple Bidders; however, the State reserves the right to award the entire contract to a Single Bidder. WSFP intends to award to one (1) Contractor (Primary Contractor with the lowest Total Cost) and two alternate Contractor(s); one Secondary Contractor with the second lowest Total Cost and one (1) Tertiary Contractor with the third lowest Total Cost. A Secondary Contractor becomes primary should the Primary Contractor be unable to provide Services or a partial cancellation or termination becomes necessary. A Tertiary Contractor becomes the primary should the Primary and Secondary Contractors be unable to provide Services or a partial cancellation or termination becomes necessary.
